All the Trustee’s Staff and Friends of Wade send congratulations to Stella & Stan who are celebrating their 67th Anniversary today, 25th August 2023. We all send love and best wishes to you both on your very special day!

We had an amazing beach day at Wade Day Centre on Friday! Even though we were inside, we had so much fun. We had fish and chips for dinner and great entertainment in the afternoon provided by Nanny Annie the Spice Granny! A huge thank you to everyone who joined in!

Many thanks to everyone who helped and supported the Wade Summer Fair on Saturday 1st July 2023. Special thanks to the Woodley Ukulele Band – No Strings Attached for providing the entertainment! We had a lovely day and hope to see you all again next summer!

Many thanks to our wonderful Vice-Chair, Jackie Wilson, who took part in the The Wokingham Walk on Sunday 8th May to raise much needed funds for Wade.

Huge thanks to Kim from Bucker’s Lodge Care Home, Crowthorne, for donating this wonderful hamper.

We were delighted to receive a cheque on Friday 25th February 2022 for £1,000 courtesy of Louise Jedras – Community Champion on behalf of Tesco Superstore (78 Finchampstead Rd, Wokingham).

Our Chairman, Philip Mirfin, was delighted to receive a cheque for £6,000.00 on behalf of Wade on Monday 7th February from Mr Andrew Mercer, President of Easthampstead Rotary Club at their club meeting held at the Day Centre.

Wade Members had a wonderful time at their Christmas Lunch in the Day Centre on Thursday 16th December 2021.
