Thank You Wokingham Lions and Friends of Wade

Friends of Wade are a group of people who help raise funds for Wade by running fun events throughout the year. They also help at events and hires. Recently they attended The Wokingham May Fayre with a start time of 7:30 on a Bank Holiday Monday (that is total dedication). As this was The Wokingham Lions 30th May Fayre, they chose 30 Charities to donate to including Wade for making a meaningful difference to the older residents in the Wokingham community.

There are so many worthy charities in the Borough, and we are delighted that Wade was recognised. The work the Wokingham Lions do for the Borough is wonderful and we are very lucky to have people who give their time to the Wokingham Lions who put on such great events for us all to enjoy.
